Event Registration We recommend registering from a computer with a Chrome broswer for best results.How to register for an event Problem registering? The most common issues have been:Not having both an IFSA and Regional Membership ( see membership tutorial bellow)Having a one time event membership and trying to register for a 2nd event. Incorrect birthdate - go to your profile, choose athlete, and check birthday, edit as needed.
Pro Portal Our member portal is experiencing intermittent issues and we are troubleshooting. We will send communication out when problems are fully resolved. As such, if you are getting a message saying your membership is not valid - hold tight as this is most likely an error if you know you have an active membership for the 2024 season. The Pro Portal is a member discount program and we can't wait to share these brand partnerships with you. The Pro Portal portal is not related to your LiveHeats acct where you purchase memberships and register for events. Finally, please note there is an approximately a week delay between purchasing a membership and access to the portal. Thank you!
SeedingThe quickest way to check seeding is to head over to www.ifsafreeride.org, go to the top menu item of competition and choose your seeding list ( adult or junior), pick your category, then type in the athlete name and the seeding will be displayed. The seeding you see is a direct display of what is in Liveheats and what is used for registration. Seeding not showing after you register for an event? If you registered into the wrong division of an event then your seed will not show. Example: You registered in a snowboard division when you are a skier.
Coach Membership:LiveHeats did not migrate any existing coach accounts, as results are not tied to these. Please create a new account or if you have a child in LiveHeats you can add your membership to the same login.You need both IFSA and regional memberships.Coach verifications are in process, please be patient. Need verification for an employer? First, make sure you have completed your certification course and purchased a membership. We are in a holding pattern for issuing digital certification documents though you are welcome to have your employer contact Carol@ifsafreeride.org for a verification.
